Event tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate our code of conduct. Event details including speakers, schedules, and venues may be subject to change.

All content on this platform, including courses, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jack Hunter Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, harass other users, post misleading content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper working of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jack Hunter Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, though purchased course access will be maintained where legally required.
