• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• Course access is revoked upon refund

Events — Cancellation Policy

Event ticket refunds are handled based on timing:

• 30+ days before event: Full refund
• 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund (ticket may be transferred to another person)
• Event cancelled by us: Full refund issued automatically

Merchandise — Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Exchanges are subject to availability
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the return

Memberships

You can cancel your membership at any time. Your benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
