Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Engineering Remote Full-time $120K - $160K

Build and scale the platform that powers thousands of entrepreneurs. You will work across our Next.js frontend and Firebase backend, shipping features that directly impact how people learn, connect, and grow their businesses.

What You'll Do

Architect and build new features end-to-end (frontend + backend)
Improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability
Review code, mentor junior developers, and establish engineering standards
Collaborate directly with product and design to shape the roadmap
Own the technical decisions for your domain areas

Requirements

4+ years with React/Next.js and TypeScript
Strong experience with Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Auth)
Track record of shipping production applications used by thousands
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing, and monitoring
Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and developer experience
