Head of Growth

Marketing Remote Full-time $90K - $130K

Lead our growth strategy across all channels. You will own user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth — building the engine that scales Jack H Academy from thousands to millions of entrepreneurs worldwide.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across paid, organic, and viral channels
Build and manage the marketing team as we scale
Own key metrics: CAC, LTV, MRR growth, and retention rates
Run experiments across the full funnel and report results to leadership
Collaborate with product and engineering to build growth features

Requirements

5+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing
Proven track record scaling a startup or digital platform 10x+
Deep expertise in paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and funnel optimization
Data-driven mindset with strong analytics skills (GA4, Mixpanel, or similar)
Experience managing marketing budgets of $50K+/month
