Community Manager

Community Remote Full-time $55K - $75K

Be the heartbeat of our entrepreneur community. You will engage, inspire, and support thousands of members — moderating discussions, organizing virtual meetups, spotlighting success stories, and ensuring every member feels seen and supported.

What You'll Do

Moderate and cultivate daily community engagement across platforms
Plan and host weekly virtual events, AMAs, and networking sessions
Identify and spotlight member success stories
Gather community feedback and relay insights to the product team
Build programs that increase member retention and satisfaction

Requirements

2+ years managing online communities (Discord, Slack, or similar)
Excellent written communication and ability to create engaging content
Experience hosting virtual events or AMAs
Genuine passion for entrepreneurship and helping others succeed
Ability to work across time zones and maintain consistent community presence
